Hardware: Dell 4-pipe Pentium with 4-gigabytes RAM and 1.8-terabytes Disk.

O/S: Microsoft Server 2008

Other Software: SQL Server 2008 (as soon as it is released)

Internet Information Server with ASP.Net 3.5 (web development)

Purpose: This Server is available for student or faculty use as a test platform in developing Microsoft ASP applications and/or for access to an external SQL server. Contact Ken Culp for a user Id and password.

Status: The server is up and running but has not been fully shaken out. That process should be completed in the next several weeks but might be accelerated if an urgent need arises.
